I pulled a wisdom card from Louise Hays pack to day, it said "I have the power to make changes"I looked at this thought and allowed it to go round and round in my head, repeating it over and over. Have I the power to make changes?, have you? Have you ever asked yourself that question? Have you the power to make changes? What changes would you like to make? We all have the power, I am going to start with small changes, so what small changes can I make to improve my life, to make me a happier, healthier person and to live my life to the fullest. That's easy you would say, I'll do this that or the other, but no I was surprised I could not think of anything that may be easy to change. We are creatures of habit, so making changes takes a little thought and planning.
So think about it ans ask the angels for help. You can ask the angels of transformation, Uriel, Zadkiel and the angels of the Silver Golden Violet Flame to help you burn your negativity towards making change. We all resist change, put it off till tomorrow and we all know tomorrow never comes.
Start with an affirmation "I have the power to change.........." Fill it in. Now Ask Archangel Michael to help you cut the cords to whatever is stopping you make the change you want, ask him for your highest good and the highest good of all.
Making small changes in our lives help us to grow in confidence and able to meet the big changes that can happen, ones that we may have no control over, it puts us in a place where we can say "how can I change this situation to make it better for me" Here is a small meditation to help you.
Sitting comfortably, making sure you wont be disturbed ground yourself making sure your feet are firmly on the floor, sending roots from them down to Mother earth, ask Archangel Michael to put his blue cloak of protection around you and calling on your Guardian Angel to surround you with his/her loving presence, feel that love about you, ask Uriel, St. Germain, Zadkiel and the angels of Golden Silver Violet Flame to help you make the changes in your life. Make your affirmation" I have the power to change.....................for my highest good and the highest good of all." Michael please help me to cut any cords of doubt or fear that may be holding me back, Uriel send me your light to show me the way to make these changes and to give me the strength to make them little by little.I call on Zadkiel, St. Germain and the angels of the Golden Silver Flame, along with Uriels flame of transformation to help me burn all negative attitudes I carry about this situation and my ability to change whatever needs to change in my life for my highest good.
Allow the angels to work with you for as long as you feel the need. See in your minds eye all that you need to let go of ad throw it into the a bowl of flames surrounded by the angels.
Now when you feel that this is done ask Raphael to fill you full of healing light, Thank the angels and come back to the room. Ground yourself again
